Hi - I'm Holly

Holly is a health coach and dietitian who uses lifestyle improvement strategies to help people at risk for diabetes to get their health on track and avoid diabetes.

Holly can help you to create a plan to prioritize yourself and work on improving your health in manageable steps. She will help you figure out how to make changes that fit into your busy schedule. Holly will help you get motivated to start making changes, and stay motivated to get the results you want. She will work with you so that you feel in control rather than overwhelmed or defeated when making changes.

If you want to:

  • Feel motivated and be in control of your health

  • Get your A1C under 5.7 and fasting blood sugars under 100

  • Avoid the progression to diabetes

  • Avoid the need for metformin
